I was in a lot of pain from my current wrist IV. Lillian was amazing and gentle in helping to put in a new better-placed IV that was not painful. In addition, I was really struggling with severe pain as I was trying to wean off the epidural and she was so proactive, gentle, and advocating for me in the pain management process. She helped us make a plan and she was communicative, caring, and proactive every step of the way. She was my nurse for 2 consecutive days and her kindness, support, and care were so helpful for me in my recovery from surgery. She held my hand while I cried and gave me so much encouragement that I could get through this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Lillian!
