Lillian is always helping when asked. She will come in on her day off if we are short, and she will never complain about it. She is willing to fill other roles using her skills in the lab when needed. Lillian befriends the patient and families with her enthusiasm and empathy and puts them at ease. She does all she can to help. Lillian extends her caring to fellow staff members by sharing information, recognizing a need to help the team, and offering chocolate when things get stressed!

She also cared in the community by helping families in need of meals, clothing and guidance. Her documentation is always complete and thorough, making the job easier for the rest of the staff. Lillian is a quick study because she cares about her work. When there is an opportunity for learning, she is ready to up her game. I am always happy to work alongside her as she lifts my spirits and inspires me to do a better job!
