My daughter delivered two boys who passed away. My family was very sad and grieved a lot. Lillian made us feel peaceful and calm. She held the babies with a lot of care and kept telling us that everything was going to be all right. I could feel her compassion and sympathy. She also kept telling us if we needed anything, she is there for us and not be afraid to ask.
