I would like to nominate charge nurse Lillie on the 3rd floor, unit 3 for her upstanding commitment and professionalism to serve every patient with dignity, respect, and care. During my stay, I experienced an unfortunate unprofessional experience and service by a nurse. However, Lillie was informed later and was very apologetic for this behavior and immediately assisted me with my concerns, and handled the situation in a phenomenal and professional manner.
