Lilly Castaneda 2, BSN, RN, CCRN

I saw Lilly walk into her patient’s room with a mop and floor cleaner. When I asked her why she had it, she explained that her patient thought her floor was dirty. Lilly went out of her way to ask the housekeeper for a mop, so she could mop the patient’s floor to make her feel more comfortable. The patient had the biggest smile on her face. This shows exemplary care for our patients and their needs.
