On Sunday evening at 6:00pm, my father almost passed away due to shortness of breath accompanied with pain and tightness.
Lilly's words can release the pain and strengthen hope. She works from her heart and is sweet and kind. Lilly performed her job well and is excellent. She is caring and understanding in all situations. She made me feel warm and I trusted her. Lilly's knowledge should be a role model for other nurses. She works well with others. Her customer service is outstanding. I appreciate what she has done for us here at Valley Medical Center.
