Lilly has been leaps and bounds more attentive and personable than all the others. Everyone has been great, but Lilly stood out by anticipating my questions, speaking to me as if we were friends instead of in a clinical setting, consistently cheering me on, and offering any little thing to help me feel better. When her shift was over, her absence was definitely felt. I looked forward to seeing her the next evening! Thank you, Lilly, for helping me feel more comfortable and being such a shining star during one of my life's darkest phases!
