Lily is always in such a cheerful mood and she has such a positive attitude. She answers all my questions and is very patient with me. She seems to genuinely care about all her patients and always looks at the positive. She advocates for me and makes sure to relay my concerns to the doctors. She is also very knowledgeable and that comes through when she explains and answers questions.
