My mom was having a hysterectomy, and the recovery care team was amazing. Nurse Lily included me in everything and listened to my mom, dad, and me, the concerns and questions we had. She made us feel like we were the only people there. She made sure she was comfortable, constantly checked her vital signs, laughed with us, related to us, and kept us informed about everything.
