Lily is a very hard worker, pleasant, calm, warm, passionate, and very dedicated as a person and as a nurse. I always call her and tease her, where is her lamp? Cause I call her Mrs. Florence Nightingale because she never gets tired of checking and rounding with our patients and staff. She is always willing to help. She has been our break nurse for a while now. I am so happy and very grateful every day that I'm working with her and every time I see her I know it will be a good day no matter how hard it is. She deserves to get recognition. And she will work until the last minute of the shift. I saw one time how she handled one difficult patient. Just by the tone of her voice, it made the patient calm down. She never stops until everything is settled as well on our floor. I always tell her she inspires me, and when I finally am able to take my exam as an RN I want to be like her. She's making a difference in the patients' lives and also in mine. God bless her so much.
