Lily cared for our 101-year-old grandmother as if she were her own. She was empathetic, organized, and attentive to her needs. She went above and beyond to ensure that our grandmother was encouraged and calm when she was confused. Lily coordinated the medical team and ensured they communicated and worked together. She was receptive to our family and kept us informed at all times.

Although it took me a day of travel, Lily had called my cousin and me to keep us up-to-date and ensure that our grandmother received her medications in a timely manner. She explained in detail the procedures and medications in laymen's terms and was always ready to assist us and give an update. I have been a nurse for over 20 years. I was beyond impressed with Lily's professional, caring nature. She was smart, endearing, and personable. Nursing can be hard at times, and we need nurses like Lily to be a light and leader for our profession.
