Lily Mendez, BSN, RN

I was brought in by ambulance for a fall. My pain was severe. Lily demonstrated the most caring, most kind, most lovely bedside manner. She was gentle, understanding, so knowledgeable. Her patience was remarkable. She was endearing. Not only does Lily present herself in a most professional manner, but she is also genuine. She spoke to me respectfully; as an 86 year old, not often is it experienced to have someone demonstrate such courtesy for my age group. Lily is exemplary in every way.
