Not knowing what to expect after my husband’s surgery, Lily quickly became a favorite. It was the last 2 days of her week, but you could not sense her by her tiredness, disposition, or work ethic. I had many questions, and she answered each one while never taking her eyes off the task. Every time the door opened, it was a ray of sunshine. She was kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. She put my husband at each and made him feel relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of. She was prompt and thorough. Lily topped the cake!
