This nurse took exceptional care of my father. She took additional time to explain his condition to my family and she was extremely patient with us all. This nurse was on top of my father's distress. I even overheard the respiratory therapist tell her "way to be on top" of the condition. I should note that my father was an open heart patient. My family appreciated the additional time she gave us to interact on a personal level. She answered all phone calls and showed us a level of concern and care for her patient, that was above and beyond.
