I was admitted to the hospital and discharged 5 days later from the cardiac unit. Nurse Lily provided exceptional care during my stay, treating me with the utmost professionalism and kindness comparable to a high-quality service environment.
I am required to take a substantial quantity of various medications throughout the day. Lily consistently ensured that my medications were dispensed in a timely manner. In the event of any issues, she effectively communicated with both the doctor and pharmacist to resolve them. Upon informing Lily about my difficulties with sleep, she promptly arranged for me to receive a sleeping pill, which resulted in the most restful sleep I have had in a long time. Additionally, I mentioned to Lily that several of my medications caused dry mouth. She recommended a mouth moisturizer, which significantly alleviated the dryness. Over the years, no specialist has ever suggested this solution before. I am genuinely appreciative of her assistance.
