Lily decreased my mom‘s anxiety. She explained everything, and her ease, loving heart, and kindred spirit were shared throughout our stay with her. Lily has been a nurse for years I believe 46, you can tell Nursing is a service and passion for her and everything she does is loving, kind and compassionate. What a blessing she was to us on a scary day. She explained everything she did slowly and softly, so my mom could ask questions. Her sense of humor helped pass the time while waiting to go into surgery. She was able to get my mom‘s IV on the first try and used lidocaine to make her feel more comfortable with the process.
