Lima Smith-Dubroy, RN

Lima is easily the most kind-hearted nurse I've had the pleasure of working with. She's told me about the times she's not had time to sit to chart and is doing it on the go so that she could take the extra 5-10 minutes to ensure a patient that has trouble eating gets enough food, and she does it all graciously and with a smile. She genuinely loves what she does and I couldn't think of a more deserving person for this award.
