Lina is an experienced RN who applies accurate, thorough, up to date, age-specific patient assessment according to hospital /departmental /unit policies and guidelines. Lina has sound problem solving skills. She is accountable, experienced, and has good decision making. Lina is the Retinoblastoma coordinator. She went to Memphis for observership, and she is implementing the new knowledge she gained there in her work. She explains to her colleagues and supports them with retinoblastoma cases. All fellows refer to her if they have any information about retinoblastoma patients cases and their follow up plan since she is considered a resource person.
