Linda made the yucky medicine easier for my son. Funny faces always do the trick. As she did her exams she made funny voices talking like each part of his body. He actually laughed, which he had not done in days. When breathing got hard and his oxygen had to go up she took his mind off of it with a movie for us to watch and a car for him to play with. He has not wanted to interact with any of the staff but Linda. He has asked for her when she was not here. I love having her around, not only because she takes care of him but she also asks if I need anything. It is so hard to put into words how she has made us feel. I think the best way is by saying – for my son, it is like having your grandma take care of you with all the knowhow of a nurse!
