We were on vacation and realized my husband had forgotten his medication. We made a call and got in touch with Linda. I explained our situation, and Linda said, "I'll see what I can do," and promised to call me back. In about 15 minutes, she called back, and the prescription was phoned in to a nearby pharmacy. There was an issue with processing, so Linda had to speak with the pharmacist and was able to get it processed correctly. We are extremely grateful to Linda for her caring attitude and her compassionate approach to handling our situation.
