During a hospital "No Visitor" restriction due to COVID-19, Linda contacted a patient's family asking with their permission if she could take a video of their family member and send it to them. The family gave their permission, and each time Linda was working she would take a video of the patient, show the progress that was being made, and send it to the family. The family was grateful for the videos and it made them feel closer since they were unable to visit.
