I receive Botox treatments every 3 months that require Prior Authorization. Linda has always been friendly, has always explained treatments and been very caring. My phone calls have been returned promptly as well as My-Carle messages. She even has been proactive in getting my Prior Auth's before treatments.
I even had the pleasure of working with Linda in Carle Allergy several years ago. I was an RN and she worked for the Float Pool. She was terrific, friendly, great with patients and adapted well within the department.
