An older gentleman had an accident on the floor of the bathroom adjacent to the main lobby at GWV. His daughter was trying to help him when Linda walked through the lobby. I asked her to help him. She immediately went into the men's bathroom, introduced herself and helped him get cleaned up, dressed in clean clothing and back to his wheelchair. She stopped what she was doing to help him. I was very impressed.
