After a full day, the nursing staff was unable to access my port for a blood transfusion. Linda volunteered to stay until it worked. Ultimately, she was here more than two hours past the end of her shift and didn't leave until she was successful in accessing it. She was consistently kind, encouraging, upbeat, and thoroughly competent. Whenever I complimented her on her skill and compassion, she replied "this is why I got into nursing - to help people like you!" Linda is a special person, exemplifying the best of her profession and RRMC.
