Linda went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for and comfortable during my stay on the 3rd-floor Covid unit. She kept my wife well updated on my condition. She was kind and nurturing. After requesting and being denied of turning down my room temp (kept at 75), Linda listened and allowed me to control my comfort temp of 65. I appreciated it greatly.
