My daughter had to have a CAT Scan with contrast done recently. She is afraid of having any tests, and is especially afraid of being in any medical facility. Denise was extremely kind and compassionate with my daughter. She explained to my daughter what to expect, and she truly understood why my daughter was so upset. She was able to make my daughter feel at ease. I truly appreciate her understanding, caring, and compassionate behavior in such a tense situation. Denise is truly a gem!
