Once the patient was more settled, Linda invited the parents to the bedside and took time to thoroughly explain their child's current condition and the plan of care for the night. Drawing from her many years of experience, Linda answered their questions with clarity and empathy, offering the kind of reassurance only a truly skilled and caring nurse can provide.
