I was fortunate enough to have Linda Francis as my nurse for the birth of my first born son two years ago AND for the birth of my 2nd son, a week ago. I had not forgotten Linda in 2 years and nor will I ever. Linda is knowledgeable and an invaluable resource to her patients and nursing students. I value Linda's approach to me as a patient. Linda constantly "thought out loud" describing everything which was happening. For an anxious woman like me, this was a huge relief. After our first son was born, my family moved south of Saratoga, but because of our positive experience with all of the nurses and staff- especially Linda, we chose to have our second son delivered at Glens Falls Hosptial. Thank you, Linda!
