Linda personifies excellence in patient care. Time after time, Linda has shown the 7NE Team extraordinary examples of compassion, dedication, competency, and collaboration. Linda is consistent - every patient she cares for receives excellent care. One of her most outstanding characteristics is her ability to understand our patient population. Linda is a natural nurse. Caring for others is a core part of her being. She puts 100% into everything she does which makes patients feel cared for and staff feel supported. She is organized and thoughtful and is an example to other nurses on the unit. She brings humor when things feel dark but is also sensitive to the needs of others. Linda also empowers patients to be involved in their own healthcare needs. Linda is a great example to all nurses, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our 7NE Team. I am proud to work alongside her.
