I have been a patient since early September and had numerous tests and procedures before it was determined that I needed surgery. With every test and procedure, Linda would whisper in my ear "it will be ok!". Before surgery, she suggested that a shower might make me feel better. Linda helped with the shower and changed my bed. And I did feel better. Linda explained every procedure to me and my family so that we knew exactly what was being done, why, and what to expect. Through it all, she provided words and actions of encouragement and support to myself and my family. Linda is an asset to the nursing profession for her professional, compassionate, and understanding care provided to her patients.
