Hospitals are intimidating. Our experience at CCH was wonderful though, thanks to my nurse, Linda. She was friendly and approachable, and always available. She made my family feel welcomed and explained unfamiliar procedures. Linda allayed our fears and answered all our questions. She was awesome.
