K delivered a 28-week baby girl at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center. Linda cared for this baby and the family many times during those early days. Sadly, K passed away just over a week after giving birth. Linda attended the funeral on her day off, brought food for the family, as well as collected $200 from Women's Services staff members to assist the family with funeral costs. Linda has shown great compassion to this family. She is always willing to listen to all of their concerns, their memories of their precious daughter and has helped this family during the most difficult days of birth then death. She is a wonderful nurse and coworker.
