Linda has been with Dartmouth-Hitchcock for 20 years or so. Telephone triage is its own nursing specialty. We make assessments without sensory input from our eyes, ears, or touch and Linda has perfected her skills. They are unquestionable and thorough. Linda is a voice people know. Always heard, rarely seen, and easily forgotten until the next call. With that said, her relationships are not short-term. It is decades of knowing people. She is not just a triage nurse. She is a friend, family, and a trusted voice of reason.
