Linda demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, communication, customer service and commitment to her coworkers while she cared for my Aunt. She cared for her 3 days in a row. She was pleasant and even tempered as she interacted with my aunt and she kept me updated on her status. The nominator wrote that it is obvious that Linda has a genuine concern for her patients as she frequently rounded. She always explained what she or her coworkers were doing and was readily available if her assistance was needed.
