My aunt was recently admitted to 7S with unfortunate health outcomes. During her stay the family was continually impressed with her primary care RN, Linda. She was a source of superior nursing care. She never faltered in her mission to be all a bedside nurse should be…competent, professional and ultimately compassionate and kind. My family and I will be forever grateful for the care received while on this unit. The attention Linda gave to the family's emotional needs was something to be very proud of.

On the very same day that Linda received this nomination from the patient's family, from another patient, she also received a beautiful arrangement of flowers with a ceramic angel in the middle representing how they, too, felt about Linda. She exemplifies what all nurses should strive to be and represents all of our core values.
