Linda coordinated the FLU Vaccine Clinic during PODEX. Usually, RIPM coordinates this event. Since RIPM’s position is open, Linda took charge and led this event. She planned, coordinated, and executed the PODEX very systematically. There was lots of positive feedback from the FLU Volunteers and employees this year, even in the midst of ESHORE Launching. Linda arranged all the supplies for the PODEX, volunteer staff, communicated with the volunteers in a timely manner, sent their training materials, and provided ESHORE access provisioning.
