March 2025 Honoree
Linda Rogers, BSN, RN
I am a Crohn’s patient at the West LA VA in California. Linda Rogers has been administering potassium weekly for sessions lasting anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. Due to my Crohn’s disease, my electrolytes fluctuate, causing my vitals to be off. Nurse Rogers is very kind, understanding, and informative. Everything she does for me as a patient, and for all the patients around her, demonstrates her dedication. Linda excels in her communication skills with both patients and staff. She keeps an eye on patients waiting in the waiting room, informing them of any delays and ensuring they have completed their bloodwork. Linda also ensures that each patient is aware of their next appointment, consistently reminding them to get their bloodwork done beforehand to prevent delays in their treatment. Linda is an invaluable asset to the infusion center and to the West LA VA.
Thank you, Linda, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
