I went in to get a breast reduction and was very nervous as this is something I have been considering for 8 years. Linda put me at ease immediately and her confidence and easy demeanor/attitude toward the surgery made me feel confident as well. I felt heard and understood and I was never made to feel like I was a burden. When I repeated questions, she explained everything without me having to ask. When I woke up, I was confused but she was in the recovery room too and she made me laugh right away. Although she was not the nurse who discharged me, she still came to check on me. She also followed up with me the next day just to make sure I still felt good about the surgery. She was extremely funny and helpful. She made me feel safe and taken care of. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their nurse.
