Linda is compassionate in that she involves all the family in her care. She makes sure her patients along with family are comfortable and is a true patient advocate. Linda always follow up with her patients by visiting with them the next day, or asking the nurse who followed her for that particular patient, how the patient is doing.

I believe Linda is a true leader in all that she does. Linda sees the positive in everything. She comes in with a smile every morning, and is always willing to help and take that extra step to make sure patients are taken care of. Staff is never intimidated to ask her if they have a question, and with her knowledge she is the person to ask! If you were to ask any staff member on the 4th floor about Linda, not one negative comment would come out, as she truly is a Guide, Leader, Collaborator, Healer, and Teacher. An angel that we have the pleasure to have on staff at UHS.
