Linda performs the patient intake prior to surgery. There isn't a large crowd of associates around to see her perform her duties on a daily basis. Linda takes all the time that each patient needs to have their questions answered and concerns about surgery addressed. She will not leave her office until she has returned every phone call and she goes above and beyond to care for her patients. It's not uncommon to see a patient reach out to her with a hug to thank her for providing them with comfort and genuine concern during their visit with her. Linda is a true blessing to Jane Phillips.
