Hands down Linda is one of the best nurses I've ever had and I'm here every 3 months! She is such a lively bubbley person, you can't help but smile every time you encounter her. She is so thorough. She verified who I am everytime she gave me my meds in a way that made me laugh instead of being irritated. Also, she was right there to pick up the ball when my nurse was sent home early and I couldn't get help for 3 hours. She volunteered to have me as her patient and her apology was very sincere, I couldn't be upset any longer. She turned it around and made me feel important to her and to the hospital. I wish she could get 2 awards because she is truly a wonderful representative of the phenominal staff you have here at your hospital.
