Linda is always doing everything she can for each patient. We had a patient 30 minutes late for their appointment when we called them to check if they were on the way. The patient and wife explained he would need to reschedule due to so much pain because he couldn’t get himself in the car. Immediately after hearing this, Linda reached out to the patient’s physician's office as they said they had left messages and weren’t hearing back. She has been the best patient advocate more times than I can count and is a selfless co-worker and always shows interest in everyone’s personal life/family, offering to take call for others, and even offering to float to the COVID unit for me because she knew I wasn’t feeling well. So grateful to have “Care Like Crazy” Linda.
