I have to first say how excited I am that we are participating in such a great award and foundation. As a nurse being acknowledged for exceptional compassionate care is one of if not the highest honor we can receive. I nominate Lindsay Bond for always going above and beyond. I have worked with Lindsay in stressful situations and Lindsay is always mindful of patients and family members. Lindsay is focused on safety, following policies and protocols and competing assignments with consideration and compassion.

During this busy time, even though Lindsay's shift had ended, she stayed to help with passing medications and making patients comfortable. Lindsay, had a calm demeanor even though she worked 12 hours already, handled the stressful situation well and our patients and the nursing team had the support of Lindsay.
