Lindsay is an amazing, kind-hearted, warm and very helpful nurse. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and the needs they have to make their day better. She has a wonderful personality that lights up the room. I'm the unit secretary and sometimes it will get so busy and then a call light rings and I won't be able to find someone, Lindsay has volunteered many times to help patients that aren't even hers. She never complains and is always helpful. Lindsay deserves this award not merely because she is a good nurse but on top of that she is a phenomenal individual who puts the needs of her patients, family, staff members before everything else.
