Lindsay does an exceptional job scheduling our residents. She is always open to going with us on appointments or outings. She is very knowledgeable about all the residents and does a great job of keeping us informed about what is needed before their appointments.
When asked to go with us on community outings she always jumps in to help. She makes the residents’ outings fun and enjoyable. She has a heart for our residents and shows this daily. We appreciate her kindness and diligence.

She consults with staff to gain information as to what issues should be addressed. She keeps staff up to date with needed appointments and orders. She works well with other departments to ensure that the best care is provided.
