After a patient was discharged the patient and her husband encountered some issues at the rehabilitation facility. Lindsay took the extra time to assist and advocate for the patient. Her exact words to the patient were, "I can help you". These words made such a positive impact that the patient's husband called her back to thank her personally. He also called the hospital's feedback number to tell them about their positive experience with Lindsay.
