Seeing how much love and appreciation the family had toward her was really something special.
Last Week I got to work with Lindsay, during that shift a patient sadly passed away during a code on another floor. That patient was on our floor for a significant time prior. During the patient's passing, I saw Lindsay interact with the family and give her condolences to the family. Seeing how much love and appreciation the family had toward her was really something special. Lindsay even took time out of her shift to help the family with post-mortem care. I know Lindsay being by their side really made a huge impact on them during this difficult time. Thank you, Lindsay, for always being so compassionate and kind to not only our patients, and their families, but also your colleagues. You are the best!

We needed a certified medical interpreter last minute for a very important care conference. I called for help up to T8 and Lindsay came down in just a few minutes. Her willingness to step in and help was so amazing and we are really grateful.

It is with deep gratitude that I recognize Lindsay for her assistance yesterday. We had a very difficult care conference yesterday with one of our families and needed to communicate a poor prognosis. Lindsay came to T7 without any notice and spent over an hour translating and providing support. Unfortunately, one of the family members began to lose consciousness and started hyperventilating. Lindsay stayed by her side while we worked to call a code assist and get help. She continued to translate and provide reassurance to the family while treating the ill family member. Thank you to Lindsay for your compassion, willingness to jump in, and support.
