After days of chaos regarding when I would be discharged and concerns of my needs being addressed, I was at my wits' end. Trying to find someone to help me and answer my questions and address my concerns, I walked out to the nurses' station and found Lindsay. Who promptly and patiently helped get everything in order. She made me feel heard and cared about.
