Lindsay Niego, RN, BSN

Lindsay was my husband’s day nurse. She started on Saturday evening, and treated him as he was about to ambulate with assistance. His pain and his heart rate improved, as did his respirations. My husband deteriorated during the night and the staff thought he had psychosis/confusion. He was not able to calm down the entire night. On Sunday morning, Lindsay came back on duty and knew something was very wrong. She initiated an assessment and intervened. My husband was then quickly transferred to the ICU. I truly feel that Lindsay’s actions saved my husband’s life that day! She will be forever in my heart. Thank you, Lindsay.
