To start my son's IV during an infusion, the nurse team struggled to find a vein to use as my son was dehydrated and extremely upset. That team of nurses stayed incredibly calm and so kind, talking to my son and one another in calm voices, and eventually found a vein in his foot. Lindsay remained calm and kind throughout our long stay and provided excellent care.
